The Real Truth about Food Course:

This is an 8 week course that is information dense, getting straight to the point-what you must know about food now in order to be healthier and happier.  Everyone is busy and that is why each class is compact and filler free.  

Approximately 30 minutes in length, ( an average television show is about 22 minutes sans commercials) each powerhouse live tele-class has the information you need to change your habits and mindset around food which equals changed health and wellness.

It is not tempting to pass up those packaged donuts or fast food buns when you know there is a chemical in them ( not listed in the ingredients) that is the same one used in making yoga mats. Yes, this is a fact.  This will be explained and covered in more detail, along with solutions and suggestions in the class Processed, Chemicalized and Refined Foods.

This course is divided into 8 weeks, with a new 30 minute tele-class available each week.  

You will listen for about 30 minutes to the real food news.

This is like taking a college course, that does not even exist, for a nominal cost and without spending years of your life finding out what actually matters.
