Based on a recipe brought to us from a wonderful subscriber-she used to eat a chip dip as a child that was cream cheese and onion based. Her mother made it from scratch and she would enjoy eating it with potato chips. We have tried to do it justice-raw vegan style! She approves and says it is delish!
